How working with us differs from what you may expect
A few things are worth stating plainly, because they are the questions foreign residents ask after a bad experience elsewhere.
Night, dawn and weekend visits
Night, dawn, weekend, public holiday — all available. There is no travel fee anywhere in Seoul, Gyeonggi or Incheon. The price depends on the size and how much soiling there actually is, and it is confirmed before work starts.
We tell you what cannot be fixed
Some materials do not come back. Wallpaper with mold in the fibre, flooring where liquid reached the seams, a hood with the coating worn off — we show you the limit in photographs before starting rather than discovering it together afterwards.

Some work is done by partner specialists
Rope access exterior work, drain unblocking and coating are carried out by vetted partner firms. We handle the enquiry, the quote and the scheduling, and we do the cleaning that follows. The quote separates the two so you can see what is what.

We check the result with you before leaving and fix anything missed on the spot. There is no warranty period or callback system, because the work is finished and confirmed while we are still there.
