📝 English Inquiry Form

Tell us what you need in English. We turn it into a clear Korean message for our team — no Korean required from you. Takes about 30 seconds; only the service is required.

ℹ️ Your selections above are sent in perfect Korean automatically. This free-text note is shared in English — our owner reads it with a translation app (Papago) and replies to you in English.

Communication FAQ

How does communication work without Korean?
Use the form above — tap choices in English, it makes a Korean message, you send it via KakaoTalk/SMS/email, and we reply in English. KakaoTalk also has built-in translation for ongoing chat.
Your hours?
24 hours, 365 days, across Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon — same rate at night and on weekends.
How fast is a reply?
Usually within about 10 minutes when active. Photos + size get you the fastest quote.
Can I just call?
Yes — +82-10-3177-2245. If English by phone is hard, the form or KakaoTalk is easier.
Tax invoice / card?
Both available — tax invoice (세금계산서) and card payment.

What to include so we can answer properly the first time

A reply with a real scope takes about ten minutes if we have these. Without them it turns into several rounds of questions.

Photos of the problem

Two or three are usually enough. For a whole-unit job, one wide shot per room. For a specific issue — mold, grease, a stain — a close-up plus one showing where it is in the room.

The size of the place

Either the pyeong figure from your lease (평) or the square metres. If you do not know, the number of rooms and bathrooms gets us close enough for a range.

Your address, roughly

The district is enough at enquiry stage — Mapo, Yongsan, Songdo. We only need the full address once a date is agreed.

The date that matters

Handover day, move-in day, the day the inspection happens, or your flight. We plan backwards from a fixed date rather than offering our own availability first.

Anything unusual

No lift, a narrow stairway, restricted parking, building management approval needed, a pet in the unit, items you want kept. These change the plan, and it is better to know before we arrive.

What you need afterwards

A tax invoice for your employer, photographs for your landlord, a receipt in a particular format. Tell us at the start and it will be ready when we finish.

KakaoTalk is the fastest channel and photos send easily. SMS and email work too. The phone line is answered around the clock by a person, not a recording — though if your Korean is limited, writing first will get you a clearer answer.
